- You need 120 grams of Soy beans (canned, cooked in water).
- It’s 1 bunch of Broccoli.
- Take 1/2 can of Canned crushed tomatoes.
- Take 4 of Eggs.
- It’s 1 clove of Garlic.
- Prepare 1 of Salt and pepper.
- It’s 1 of Olive oil (or vegetable oil).
- Prepare 1 of Black pepper (optional).

- Add the stir-fried soy beans to the containers. Make a dent in the middle of each container and crack an egg into each dent. Sprinkle with black pepper and bake in a 220°C oven for about 10 minutes..

- Sprinkle with some dried basil to taste..
