Ingredients of Masala Dosa
- You need of For Masala.
- Make ready 4 of Potatoes boiled.
- Take 2 tsp of Oil.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 of Dried red chilli.
- It’s 1 of Onion medium.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tsp of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- Prepare of For Dosa.
- You need 2 cups of Rice.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Urad dal.
- You need 1/4 cup of Chana dal.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Dried fenugreek seeds.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- It’s As needed of water to sprinkle on tawa.

- For masala first heat oil in pan.
