- Prepare 1 cup of semolina.
- It’s 1 tbsp of cocoa powder.
- You need 3/4 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.

- In a pan add ghee then add semolina and roast it for 5- 10 minutes on low to medium flame till it colour changes to light pink..
- Add cocoa powder and mix it well for a minute. Then add milk and cook it for 2-3 min. At last add sugar and keep stirring till it comes in a form of dough..
- Let it cool for 2 minutes(you have to roll it when the mixture is slightly hot)Roll it and with help of the fork make holes on it or you can give any shape you like..
