- Mix the melted butter and biscuit crumbs together.Layer a loose bottomed cake tin with the biscuit butter mixture and refrigerate for 30mins..

- In a pan heat in low flame, mango pulp.In another pan,add water,agar agar and cook until the agar dissolve.Switch off flame and add agar agar to mango pulp..

- Pour the entire mixture on top of the biscuit butter layer.Tap tin and refrigerate for 3-4hours..
- Unmould the cheese cake and serve..
