Ingredients of Peyaji
- It’s 4 of big chopped onions (wash before cutting).
- Make ready As needed of mustard oil.
- You need 1/2 bunch of chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of mango powder.
- Take As needed of besan.
- It’s 5 of chopped green chilli.
- Prepare To taste of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 of lime juice.
- You need 1/4 tsp. of black salt.

Peyaji instructions
- Take a bowl add chopped onions,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,garam masala powder, besan,mango powder,lime juice,salt,black salt,green chilli give it a well mix,and make a dough (don't use water it can be runny) then make onion balls and keep near the cooking side..
- Heat oil in the pan and deep fry all until it becomes soft and crispy..
- Yummy tasty peyaji is ready for serving, serve with hot chilli tomato sauce..
