- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Take to taste of Lime.
- It’s of Coriander as required.
- Prepare of Capsicum half cup.
- Take of Tomato half cup.
- Take of Onion half cup.
- Make ready of Grill chicken:.
- You need of Chicken breast.
- Make ready 1 of lemon.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare to taste of Black pepper.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 1/2 of dried thyme.
- It’s 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
- Take 1 tbsp of mustard paste.
- Prepare of Aam Rus with puri.
- You need 2 of mangoes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 1 pinch of saffron strands.
- It’s of Sugar as required.
- Take of Milk as required.
- It’s of Spicy mango slicies:.
- You need 1 of mango slices cutting.
- You need of Salt.

- Prepare the custard.
- Mix the custard powder separately in a small bowl with about 2 tbsp. of milk..
- Pour the remainder of the 300ml in a pan with the sugar and a few drops of red narus and bring it to almost boiling point then lower the heat.
- Add the custard mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (for about 2-3 minutes) then turn off the heat..
