- You need of Egg fried rice.
- You need 250 g of rice.
- Prepare 2 of big eggs (or 3 small eggs).
- Take 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of garlic clove.
- Prepare 1 piece of fresh ginger (to taste).
- It’s of (optional) 1 tbsp sugar.
- Prepare of Sesame salmon.
- Take 2 of Salmon filets (preferably with skin).

- Take of Rice vinegar.
- It’s of Honey (or oyster sauce or sugar).

- You need 1 of Paksoy.
- Prepare of Neutral tasting oil (arachid oil).
