Ingredients of Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Make ready 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  2. Make ready 400 gr of ground beef.
  3. Make ready 1 of onion.
  4. You need 1 clove of garlic.
  5. You need 1/2 of carrot.
  6. It’s 1/2 of celery.
  7. Take 1/2 tsp of oregano.
  8. It’s 3 of Basil leaves.
  9. Take 1 tbsp of tomatoe paste.
  10. Make ready 1 tsp of parsley.
  11. Take of Crushed tomato from 6 tomatoes.
  12. It’s to taste of Salt and pepper.
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp of sugar.
  14. Prepare of Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.

Spaghetti Bolognese instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a cooking pot. Add garlic and onion, stir it until fragrant.
  2. Stir in carrot and celery, let it cooked about 2 minutes.
  3. Add basil, oregano, and parsley stir it about 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef, cook until no longer pink (about 5 - 7 minutes).
  5. Stir in tomato paste until combined, and then add crushed tomato / tomato puree), season with black pepper, salt, and sugar. Let it coil until thickened.
  6. In other cooking pot, cook spaghetti of your choice. Drain the noodle, place it on a plate, add Bolognese Sauce on the top, and mix it well.
  7. Add some grated Parmesan if you like it.
