Ingredients of Chicken lollypop
- It’s 200 gm of Chicken mince.

- Make ready of Bread 🍞 crumbs.
- Make ready of Beaten 1 Egg.
Mix all batter ingredients until smooth without lumps.Dip the meat end of the chicken lollipops into the batter.Place drumsticks into the Drumstick & Pepper Flex Racks with the handle facing down.In a small skillet, combine ketchup, honey, bourbon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt.

- Firstly take a bowl and add chicken mince then spices red chilli powder black pepper powder white pepper powder salt adrak lehsan paste coriander powder coriander leaves.
- Marinate all ingredients for 5 to 15 min.
- Grees your hands with some oil.
- Take a mixture put in a cube of cheese and make a ball shape.
- Coat it with egg then crumbs.
- Fry on low flame untill golden brown.
- Take toothpick according to quantity.
- Put it on middle of the ball.
- Sprinkle some black pepper powder.
- Ready to serve.
However it goes amazingly good with Chinese Noodles or fried rice.To make chicken lollipop recipe, either drummettes or whole chicken wings can be used.Both need to be frenched to get the shape of a lollipop.
