- Mix well chickpeas flour and masala, add little water and knead tight dough. Put dough into sev maker machine and fry in hot oil..
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds when splutter add cumin seed when splutter add bayleaf, cloves,red chilli, cinnamon, green chilli, asafoetida and stir. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 3-4 minutes..
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, peanut and coconut powder and salt,mix well. Now add 2 cups of water and give one boil..
- Now add gathiya cover lid and cook for 4-5 minutes add sugar and cook until sugar dissolve..
