  2. You need 1/5 cup of spinach paste.
  3. It’s To taste of salt.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. Take 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic.
  7. Make ready 1 of chopped green chilli.
  8. Make ready 1 of chopped onion.
  9. Take 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ajwain.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.
  12. Make ready 1 tsp of Chat masala.
  13. Take 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  14. It’s 1 tbsp of choppped and boiled carrot.
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp of chopped and boiled peas.
  16. You need 1/2 cup of smashed paneer.
  17. Prepare 1 of small potato (boiled and smashed).
  18. Take 1/2 tsp of asafetida.

Remove the cutlets to a plate and set aside.Cook the remaining cutlets in the same manner.Cook until completely wilted, a minute or two more, then season the spinach with salt and pepper, as well.Semolina is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat mainly used in making upma, pasta, and couscous.

  1. Dry roast semolina and keep aside. Add 1.5 tbsp oil to pan. Add asafetida and mustard seeds. Add garlic and saute for 20 seconds. Add onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add carrot,peas. Saute for 1 minute. Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,chat masala, black pepper powder. Mix well. Add potato..
  2. After 1 minute add paneer. Cooking after 2 minutes put off the flame and keep aside the stuffing. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Let it hot. Add ajwain. After 15 seconds add spinach paste,salt. Let it come to boil. Then add semolina gradually. Mix and let it dry. Let it cool..
  3. Stuff paneer mixture into spinach semolina mixture and make balls and flatten. Add rest of the oil to pan and fry balls till golden brown. It will take 5 minutes..
