Ingredients of Kielbasa & Cabbage
- You need 3 tbsp of butter.
- You need 3 clove of garlic, minced.
- Take 1 small of onion, chopped.
- You need 1 small of green pepper, chopped.
- It’s 1/2 cup of chicken broth (or water).
- Take 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped.
- Make ready 1 lb of Kielbasa, sliced 1/2" thick.

- Melt butter in large sauce pan on stove top..
- Add garlic to butter. Stir one minute..
- Add onion and pepper to sauce pan. Stir and cook until veggies are crispy yet tender..
- Add kielbasa to pan. Stir and cook until browned..
- Add cabbage and stock. Stir, cover, and cook for about ten minutes on medium-high..
