Veggie semolina uttapam (instant) step by step
- In a bowl add 2 cup semolina, 2 tbsp curd, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbps salt. Mix well and keep the batter aside for 20 minutes to rest..
- Now in a bowl add chopped onion, tomato,capsicum, grated carrot, 1 tbsp sambhar masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder to taste. Mix it well stuffing for veggies uttapam is ready..
- Now in a pan add 1 tbsp cooking oil and from semolina batter add 1 large spoon of batter on pan and spread so that it remain little thick..
- Now on top of this semolina batter spread veggie stuffing evenly..
- Cook the semolina batter side for 5 minutes and turn the side to veggies once cooked well. Uttapam is ready to serve with coconut, green, red chutney..
