- Make ready 2 cups of semolina.
- Prepare 1 cup of smooth curd.
- Make ready To taste of salt.
- Make ready 2 of chopped green chilli.
- Make ready 2 tsp of chopped coriander.
- It’s 2 of chopped onion.
- Make ready As needed of As required water.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of carrom seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take As needed of tamarind sauce.
- It’s 2 tsp of oil.
The consistency of the batter should not be runny, neither it should be too thick.A quick and easy breakfast / snack recipe of chilla made with Rava (Sooji or Creame of wheat).Usually chillas are savory pancakes made from gram flour or lentils.I made chillas from rava also known as sooji or semolina.

- Take a mixing bowl put semolina,salt and curd mix rest for 10 minutes after 10 minutes add onion,green chilli and all spices mix add water make a semi liquid batter..
- Take a nonstick pan put oil add batter and spread in laddle cover with lid in 2 minutes..
- After 2 minutes spread oil and left for another side make a crispy semolina chilla..
- Serve with tamarind sauce..
