Ingredients of Peshawari Murgh Karahi
- Prepare 1 kg of chicken.
- You need 1 cup of oil(mustard).
- It’s 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready 2 of onions, sliced.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of redchilli powder.
- It’s 5 of green chillies.
- Prepare as required of Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- It’s 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Make ready 1 dash of lemon juice.
Peshawari Murgh Karahi step by step
- Marinate chicken with salt and fry in mustard oil, keep aside.
- In the same wok add onion followed by ginger garlic paste,cook till brown.
- Now add salt, black pepper, redchilli powder and whole green chillies. Saute well then add coriander leaves.
- Add the chicken cook till done then add chopped tomatoes cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Add water cook till oil comes up, finish with garam masala powder. Done!!.
