Ingredients of Vegetable biryani
- You need 3 of small katori basmati rice soaked.
- Make ready 100 gm of cubes of paneer.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- Make ready 1 of sliced potato.
- Prepare 1/2 of chopped each green, red and yellow capsicum.
- You need 1/2 of katori soaked green peas.
- Take 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tea spoon of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 tea spoon of black pepper powder.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Take 2 tea spoon of biryani powder.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.
- Make ready of Chopped dry fruits.
- You need 1 of split green chilli.
- It’s of Sliced tomatoes and mosambi.
- Prepare of Whole spices(cardmom, cinnamon powder, Tej patta, black pepper).
- It’s of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 tea spoon of jeera powder.

Vegetable biryani step by step
- Take one bowl add water and let it boil.
- Add soaked rice and let it cook.
- Take kadai and put oil for frying paneer cubes till golden brown.
- Take pan add butter, jeera and chopped onion saute till golden brown.
- Add all whole spices, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well add all veggies let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and biryani masala and mix well.
- Cover it for 5-10 minutes.
- Add lemon juice.
- Garnish with tomato chilli and mosambi slices.
