- You need 1 cup of grinded oats.
- Take 3/4 cup of Yoghurt.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Take 1/2 of carrot grated.
- Make ready 1/2 of capsicum finely chopped.
- Prepare Some of green peas boiled.
- It’s 1 of green chilli small chopped.
- Take 1 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of eno or baking soda.
- Take For of seasoning:.
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 4-5 of curry leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of Oil.
- Take 1/4 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.

- Microwave it on high for 5 minutes..
- Let it rest for 10 minutes..

- For seasoning heat oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds in it when they start to crackle add curry leaves. Switch off the gas. Now put red chilli flakes in it..
