Ingredients of Semolina laddu

  1. Take 250 grams of suji/semolina.
  2. Make ready 100 grams of Mawa.
  3. Prepare 150 grams of ghee.
  4. You need 125-150 grams of powdered sugar/as your taste.
  5. Take 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  6. You need 10-15 of chopped cashew nuts.
  7. It’s 10-15 of almond flakes.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped coconut.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of raisins.

Also known as suji ladoo in other parts of India.Laddu or laddoo are ball-shaped desserts popular in the Indian subcontinent.Roast until there is a nice aroma and a little change in color.Add nuts and raisins to the semolina while roasting.

Semolina laddu step by step

  1. Heat a kadhai and put ghee and semolina in it and roast it on low flame and stir it continuously. When the semolina gets light brown colour then turn off the gas stove and keep it aside and cool down. Now heat a kadhai and put Mawa in it and cook it on low flame and when the Mawa gets light brown colour then turn off the gas stove and put the mawa mixture in semolina and mix it well and cool down..
  2. When the mixture gets cool down, then add all ingredients in it and mix it well and when the mixture gets properly mix it then make laddu. Garnish with some dry fruits..
  3. Your semolina laddu is ready to serve and enjoy it..
