- You need 250 g of goat meat.
- Prepare 2 of big tomatoes.
- Take cubes of Salt and maggi.
- You need 2 of big onions.
- You need of Tomato paste.
- Prepare of Greens (kales).
- Take of Olive oil.
- You need 2 cups of water.
- Take of Maize flour.

- Cut your meat and steam with a bit salt till tender….
- Chop your onions and add to your meat after its steamed, add a bit oil.
- Fry till your onions are golden brown.
- Add your chopped tomatoes and tomato paste stir and add your maggi cubes, cover and cook on low heat.
- For the kales fry your onions with olive oil, add chopped tomatoes, add salt to taste, cook till your tomatoes are soft, add your kales and cook for 5mins.
- For ugali pour 2 cups of water in a pot, let it boil and stir your maize flour gladually…cook for about 10mins..
- Enjoy with a glass of milk and an Avocado!.
