- After 30 minutes take semolina add 3-4 tbsp milk to make it's consistency properly.add baking powder and soda and essence.mix well and put the batter into greased cake mould..
- Preheat the oven on 180° and baked the cake for 35- 40 minutes on 180°.after that check the cake when it's bake properly.take out from oven.let cool the cake completely.
- Put the cake into a plate. Now take out the prepare malai mixture from fridge and with the help of fork make hole in the cake and pour the malai mixture on it.spread evenly the malai the garnish with dry fruits..
