Ingredients of PANI PURI😋
- Take of puri:.
- Prepare of All-purpose flour.
- Take of Salt.
- Prepare of Water.
- It’s of Baking soda.
- Prepare of yeast.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- Make ready of mint water(Thikha pani):.
- You need of Coriander.
- You need of mint leaves.
- Take of Lemon.
- Prepare of Garlic cloves.
- Make ready of Salt.
- You need of Black salt.
- It’s of Pani puri masala.
- Prepare of Mithi chutney.
- Take of Tamrind.
- Prepare of Jaggery.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- Make ready of Potato boiled.
- It’s of Onion finely chopped.
- You need of Sev.
Pani puris are a great snack, served as chat and found on roadside food carts all over India.They are served filled with spicy water, chickpeas and potatoes.Pani puri or golgappas is my most favorite chaat from childhood.I used to have them often on the streets and it was something I have thoroughly enjoyed.
PANI PURI😋 step by step
- For puri:- Take all-purpose flour add salt and baking soda start making dough by adding water.Then put it for rest about 10 - 15 min. After that make a chapati of it and by using ny glass or bown in round shape cut it and fry it in a pan..
- The left over once again add some more dough in it make chapati follow the procedure 1 as mention above..
- For mint water:- take coriander,mint, garlic and blend it. Now put them in a hig bowl add cold water and ice cubes followed by salt,black salt, lemon and pani puri masala. According to taste you can increase or decrrase the quantity of ingredients..
- For mitha pani:- soak tamrind for half hour then mash it and take it out. In the tamrind water add jaggery, red chilli powder, black salt to it. Boil it for 5 min..
- Lastly take a puri add boil and mashed potato, onion and sev to it. Then add Mitha pani at last thikha one. Serve before it turns soggy..
