Rava kesari recipe - Also known as kesari bath, this is a quick mouth melting South Indian dessert made of semolina, sugar, ghee and nuts. Rava kesari is a popular sweet dish from South Indian cuisine made of rava or suji, ghee, sugar, kesari and nuts.

Ingredients of Rava Kesari
- It’s 1 cup of rava.
- It’s 1 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/4 cup of ghee.
- It’s 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
- You need 4 tsp of some dry fruits chopped badam,cashews, raisins…
- Take 3 cup of water.
- Make ready Pinch of Orange colour pinch (optional).
- It’s As needed of Chocolate chips for preparing cookpad turn3 logo and for garnish.

- In a pan put Ghee and heat it then add dry fruits and lightly roast and take out then add the same pan rava fry till the brown colour will appear then you can add boiled water and Orange colour and elaichi powder and cook for 7 to 8 minutes then you can add sugar and they will comes tight like halwa and add dry fruits and mix well…. Rava Kesari is ready…
