  1. First slice lengtwise the aubergine into four pieces.Cut criscross on the surface to let the sauce penetrate inside..
  2. Heat a pan and pour just a.little bit cooking.oil.Fry the aubergine until it become golden brown.Remove and set aside..
  3. In the same pan put sugar until.it caramilized under low fire.Then.add sesame seed white.Let it simmer then.add flour to thicken the sauce..
  4. Remove from heat then take a brush.And brush it on top of aubergine..
  5. Preheat oven at 250c and bake for 10 mins.
