Ingredients of Spaghetti Bolognaise

  1. Make ready 250 g of spaghetti.
  2. Make ready 500 g of minced beef.
  3. You need 1/2 of onion (chopped).
  4. You need 3 of garlic (chopped).
  5. You need 2 tbsp of ketchup.
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of margarine / butter (I used Blue Band).
  7. Take of Salt.
  8. Take of Sugar.
  9. Take of Oil.
  10. You need of Grated parmesan cheese.
  11. It’s of Oregano.

Spaghetti Bolognaise step by step

  1. Boil the water, cook the pasta for 6 minutes to get it al dente (10 minutes for my choice), add a pinch of salt and two drops of olive oil.
  2. Heat a pan, put margarine or butter in, fry onion then followed with garlic until it's golden brown..
  3. Add the ground beef and when it's cooked, add ketchup, salt and sugar. Taste as preferred..
  4. Add a bit of water to have more sauce, and sprinkle with oregano..
  5. On a plate, take the boiled pasta, add some bolognaise sauce, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese..
