- Add onion, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook it..
- Add boiled potato and mix it and stuffing is ready..
- After 20 minutes add eno into the batter and mix it..
- Now heat the tawa and apply ghee..
- Spread the batter and roast it..
- Add stuffing and cover it..
- Serve it with sambhar..
