- Now take a wok add some water as required then turn on the flame then add star flower, 2 bay leaf, 4 cloves, green cardamom black cardamom, 1bs puree ghee now bring to boil then add rice mix it.

- Now add gram msala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, to taste salt cinnamon powder,ginger powder, garlic paste, mix properly on lower flame.
- Now spices leaves till oil then add capsicum, carrots mix nicely.

- Now heat the other frying pan take some oil then add eggs and fry it and prepared mixture.
- Now remove the plates prepared mixture.
- Now in a wok take some butter then put on half prepared spices mixture then sprinkle some fried onion, some chopped coriander leaf, some roasted dry fruit, and 3 tbs green peas now add 3 tbs curd.
- Now spread some half cooked rice then again repeat same process in 2 time.
- Top layer or rice then pour some pure ghee, curd,,saffron mix milk some fried onion, now pour the food colour.
- Now turn on the flame now cover and cook for 8 min on lower flame.
- Now turn off the flame and serve it hot it's done.
