- It’s 1 bunch of water spinach (kangkug).
- It’s 4 of garlic cloves.
- It’s 1 of tomato.
- Take 2 of long red chili.
- It’s 5 pcs of fried tofu.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- Take 2 tbsp of cooking oil.

- Cut up tofu and water spinach, throw the hard parts. Chop garlics, chilies and tomato..
- Pre-heat cooking oil in a sauce pan, add chopped garlics, wait until you can smell nice garlic aroma, add chopped chilies and tomato,stir it for around 5 mins, add salt, sugar, and pepper, stir it again..
- Add fried tofu, mix it well..
- Add water spinach, stir it properly until the volume reduces, and cooked well..
- Can be served with rice or just consumed like salad..
