Ingredients of Dalgona Cheese cake
- Take 3/4 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
- It’s 1 tsp of gelatin.
- You need 10 of digestive biscuits.
- You need 3 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 2 tsp of coffee powder.
- Take 4 tsp of sugar.
- Take 4 tsp of boiling water.
- Take 150 gm of cream cheese.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 100 gm of cream.
Dalgona Cheese cake step by step
- For making dalgona candy:- Take sugar in a pan and don't disturb it till it starts melting. When it starts melting stir with wooden stick(not with a spoon as it will stick to it).
- Stir with the stick. When it starts melting make the sim to low. When no particles are left immediately switch off the gas and add baking soda and stir continuously. It will start to foam..
- When well mixed immediately pour into a greased plate. And some I put in chocolate mould for decoration..
- Mix gelatin in hot water and keep aside to bloom. Break the candy and grind it in mixie..
- Take biscuits in a jar and then grind it. Add melted butter to the biscuit and half grinded candy mix and mix well..
- Mix well and take a pan and line it with foil and then sides with butter paper and press the biscuit mix with a steel glass and keep in fridge to set for half and hour..
- For dalgona cream take coffee, sugar and water and beat well till soft peaks formed. Take cream cheese and beat well(shld be in room temperature).
- Add sugar and beat well..
- Now the gelatin will be thick. Microwave for 10 sec and it will be loose again. Take 100 gram cream..
- Mix gelatin with cream. Then mix the cream with cream cheese and beat well. Now put half of the mix in another bowl (for making 2 different layers).
- In 1st half mix add the dalgona coffee cream and mix well with beater and pour on the biscuit mix..
- Pour on the biscuit and tap to set. In the 2nd half mix,.
- Grind the left candy mix with little water and mix to the 2nd half cream cheese and beat well and pour on the biscuit +dalgona coffee cream cheese mix..
- To decorate put drops of candy mix and chocolate sauce..
- With a stick swirl rounds and create a design..
- Place the moulded candy in between as shown..
- Put chocolate shavings in between and keep for 2-3 hrs to set. Once set take out and serve..
