- Piyaz ko brown ke nikal ke dahi ke sath piss lane aur bach ghee mein murgi ko lehsan adrak dal ke achi tarhan bhoon lane. Dahi piyaz pissi mein tamam masala dal dane bas jayfai jawarti ko mat dalne. Jab murghi bhoon jaye tu dahi wala msala murgi mein dal dane aur halki anch pe adha ghanta pakayne.take murgi gall jaye aur dahi ke pani dry hojye ab is mein 4 hari mirch jayfail jawartj dal ke 5 mint dum pe rakh dane….. mazedar salan tiyar ha.
