  11. Take 4 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
  12. Take 1 tbsp of oil.

Steamed semolina sandwich step by step

  1. First take 1cup semolina and 1l2 cup water in a bowl..
  2. Add salt and 1l2 tsp citric acid and 1l2 tsp..
  3. Now mix the whole mixture well and keep it for 10 minutes..
  4. After 10 minutes add 1/2 soda to it and mix well. add pinch of salt in it.
  5. Now take a nonstick pan add 1 tbsp oil..
  6. Add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage 2tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped green chilli.
  7. Add pinch of salt and 2 tbsp boiled corn in it..
  8. Now heat the water in a pan and place the grill over it..
  9. Put a plate on top of the grill.
  10. Now put a little bit of semolina mixture in the plate..
  11. Steam this mixture 2 minutes..
  12. Now apply schezwan chutney on this steamed semolina mixture..
  13. Put a little vegitable mixture on top of it..
  14. Pour semolina mixture over vegitable mixture again..
  15. Now steam this sandwich for 10 minutes..
  16. Let the sandwich cool after steaming..
  17. Now take it out in a serving plate and line it with ketchup from above…
  18. Steamed semolina sandwich ready to serve..
