- You need 1/2 bowl of curd.
- Take 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- You need To taste of salt.
- Make ready 1 pinch of black pepper powder.
- Prepare As needed of water.
- Take As needed of ghee.

- Take a bowl add aloo shimla veg and mash it and onion and mix it and make the mixture.
- Now take a another bowl add semolina, curd,water and mix it and rest it for 30 minutes.
- After that add baking powder, salt, black pepper and and mix it.
- Heat the tava add ghee and spred the semolina batter.
- Now add aloo shimla mixture and press it.
- Now change the side and apply ghee and roast it from both side.
