- Take For of balls-.
- Prepare 2 cups of rava/ semolina/sooji.
- Make ready 3 cups of water.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of oil.
- You need 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste0.
- Take 1 pinch of hing/asafoetida.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of amchur powder or lemon juice.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.

- Take 2 tablespoons of oil.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- Take 1 teaspoon of chana daal.
- You need 1 teaspoon of dhuli urad daal.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of dhuli moong daal.
- You need 5-6 of green chilli.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Make ready pinch of salt.
- You need 1 pinch of black salt.
Rava ladoos are rich, sweet dessert-snack made from gently roasted Semolina/ Soozi.Ladoos can be served any time of the day and easy to carry in your lunch.Rava Laddu is made on special occasion.My mother in law is good at making those perfect round shape, so I took her help in making Laddu.

- Dry roast semolina until golden brown colour..
- In a pan heat 3 cups of water, add all the ingredients of balls except rava..
- When water starts boiling turn off the gas. Pour rava in water and mix well. Keep aside for a while..
- When the mixture is slightly warm rub the mixture till gets a smooth dough and make lemon size balls from it..
- Place these balls in a steamer and steam it for 15-18 minutes. After that keep it aside..
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and daals in it when it crackles add all other ingredients of tempering saute well in low flame, add rava balls and cover, toss occasionally..
- Serve hot with sauce. Kids will definitely enjoy it..
