Ingredients of Thai broccoli soup
- Prepare 3 cup of broccoli florets.
- Make ready 1 of chopped onion.
- Take 3 of gloves of garlic chopped.
- You need 1 can of coconut milk.
- You need 2 cups of chicken broth.
- Prepare of Salt.
- It’s of Pepper.
- It’s 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
- It’s 1/4 cup of cilantro dry.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of ginger dry.
- Take 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg fresh.
- Take 2 teaspoon of olive oil.
If adding the potato, you can cut back on the coconut milk if you like, to lighten things up.Crispy Shallots, Kefir lime leaves and Chili threads can all be found at Asian markets- and no, these are not essential, but add a nice touch.Add the coconut milk, water, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.Add the matcha powder and curry paste and stir over medium to low heat for one minute.
