  3. It’s 1 of large potato.

  6. Make ready 1/2 table spoon of eno.
  7. Take 10 of curry leaves.
  8. You need 1 table spoon of mustred seeds.
  9. Make ready 1 table spoon of coriander.

  2. Now add semolina curd and patoto paste cover it for 1 hour..
  3. After that mix salt and Eno in it..
  4. Add oil to the idli maker and pourthe batter in it and stopto cook 15 min..
  5. Cut to your desired shape..
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry idli of mustred seeds and curry leaves..
  7. Garnish with coriander and survey with chutney..
