- It’s 1 of big bowl curd.
- It’s 1 of large potato.
- Make ready 1 of green chilli.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 table spoon of eno.
- Take 10 of curry leaves.
- You need 1 table spoon of mustred seeds.
- Make ready 1 table spoon of coriander.
Now pour the mixture into the idli maker and cook.Semolina and vermicelli idlis is a very popular breakfast snack in Karnataka.The tempering adds to the aroma, while the cashews provide a crunchy respite in every mouthful.You can add some boiled veggies and coriander to the batter to make it more wholesome.

- Grind the green chilli lentils in potatoes..
- Now add semolina curd and patoto paste cover it for 1 hour..
- After that mix salt and Eno in it..
- Add oil to the idli maker and pourthe batter in it and stopto cook 15 min..
- Cut to your desired shape..
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry idli of mustred seeds and curry leaves..
- Garnish with coriander and survey with chutney..
