- Make ready 1 cup of Semolina.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of Peanuts.
- Prepare leaves of Few Curry.
- Take 1 of Capsicum.
- Prepare 1 of Tomato.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- Take 1 of Carrot.
- It’s as per taste of Salt.
- Make ready as per taste of Chilli powder.
- Make ready 2 of Red dried/green chiilies.
- Take 4 of tblspn Oil/ghee.
- You need Pinch of Aisefotoeda /Hing.
- It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- It’s 2 of tblspn Yogurt/Curd.
- You need As needed of Water.

Semolina veggie upma instructions
- Fry the peanuts and set aside..
- Chop the veggies and set aside.
- Dry roast the semolina and take out in a bowl..
- Now heat 2 tblspn oil /ghee in a wok, add in the hing, mustard seeds and then chillies followed by curry leaves..
- Add in the vegetables and saute..
- Add salt and chilli powder. Then add roasted semolina and water along with the yogurt. Mix well and cook on low flame..
- Cook till it gets upto the desired consistency. Serve hot,Enjoy !!!.
