Semolina toast Recipe. The Semolina French Toast is an eggless version of the traditional french toast recipe. The sliced of bread are dipped in a spicy yogurt semolina batter and pan fried, that are spiced with green chillies, bell peppers and coriander.

Ingredients of Semolina toast
- You need 1/2 cup of malai.
- Prepare 4-5 tablespoon of roasted semolina.
- Make ready 1 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 1 of chopped capsicum.
- You need 2-3 of chopped green chilli.
- Take 3-4 tablespoon of Coriander leaves.
- It’s As needed of Chilli flakes.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of grated Ginger.
- You need As needed of Oil.
- It’s 7-8 of bread slices.
Combine the tomatoes, onion, green chiiles, coriander, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala in a bowl and mix well.Add the fresh cream and semolina and mix well.Spread the mixture on a bread slice and sprinkle some dry semolina on it.Put the semolina mixture on the bread slice and immediately toast it, else the bread will get soggy.

- Firstly in a mixing bowl take malai then add chopped onion capsicum, green chilli, Coriander leaves, salt, semolina, grated Ginger and chilli flakes combine together and rest for 10-15 minutes till semolina turn soft..
- Now spread the semolina batter over the bread slice. Also apply the butter on other side of the bread. Toast it over hot tawa. Once the semolina side bread roast well,turn over. Roast the butter side bread till it turns golden and crisp. Serve for the breakfast with hot masala tea..
