Ingredients of Mango cheese cake
- It’s 4 of fresh mangoes.
- Take 1 cup of whipping cream.
- You need 1 cup of cream cheese.
- Make ready 1 tbspn of sugar.
- Take 1 of small packet of digestive biscuits.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of melted butter.
- It’s 1 sachet of unflavoured gelatine.

Mango cheese cake instructions
- Take digestive biscuit grind it into fine powder add melted butter to it mix well! set in the bottom of the openable cake tin and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Chop fresh mangoes add little sugar and grind it into smooth pulp (do not add water at all).
- Whip the cream cheese..
- Whip the whipping cream with the beater till stiff peaks..
- Now to the whipped cream add the whipped cream cheese and some mango pulp mix it well..take a sachet of unflavoured gelatine add little water to it mix well! Add this gelatine to the cream mixture and mix it well! Now add this mixture to the cake tin and add little mango pulp on top, with the help of toothpick make design and freeze for about 4 to 6 hours..
- Once it's sets! Remove it and add the whipping cream on sides (as shown in picture) add the chopped fresh mangoes and serve! Ready.
