- Take 500 gr of Chana dal atta (not besan).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare pinch of Baking soda.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of haldi powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Lal mirchi powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Ajwain.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Prepare pinch of Hing.

- In a bowl take chanadal atta add ajwain hing red mirchpowder salt haldi bak soda oil mix them then make daugh with water and making tight not making smooth aply oil now make two portion of daugh heat the oil in pan take sev machine put daugh inner side cover lid and make ganthiya with help of machine in hot oil 1st put after some time it change other side transfer to plate allganthiya make this method serve with pyaz tea hari mirch fru.
