- Prepare 1 of katori Suji.
- Make ready 1/2 of katori curd.
- It’s 2 tsp of coriander leaves.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes and oregano.
- You need 1/2 tsp of green chilli chopped.
- It’s 1/2 cup of onion chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tsp of tomato ketchup.
- Make ready As needed of Oil for fry.

Semolina Pakode step by step
- Mix chopped veggies and spices into semolina..
- Then mix curd and some water make mixture like pakodas. (Some thin from idly batter…).
- At last mix baking soda, 2 tspn tomato ketchup and coriander. keep aside for 10 minutes..
- Now heat oil into a kadai then make pakodis with spoon or with hand..
- Cook from both sides till they become golden brown. Cook on low to medium flame..
So that semolina will be puffed up.Add pakoda one by one into oi with hand. .Fry till they become golden brown and crisp.
It is still cold out here, there's not even a hint of warm weather.So to beat the cold weather woes, my husband asked me to make some.If semolina/rava/sooji is unavailable you can use rice flour instead of semolina.Spice it up according to your taste.Fry the pakode on alow to medium flame to make them crispy.
