Here is the best “Summer Ceviche” recipe we have found so far. This will be smell and look delicious.
Ingredients of Summer Ceviche
- You need 1 each of Cucumber - Chopped.
- You need 2 cup of Green Cabbage - Sliced.
- Make ready 1 each of Sweet Onion.
- Prepare 2 lb of Shrimp - Small/Medium.
- Take 2 lb of Crab.
- Take 8 each of Lime - Juiced.
- It’s 1 each of Roma Tomato.
- Take 1 of each: Avocado - Small Cubes.
- It’s 3 each of Tostada Shells (pkg 30).
- You need 1 each of Vierra's Hot Sauce.
- Make ready 2 each of Jalepeno.
- You need 1 each of serrano.
- Take 1 cup of Chopped Cilantro.
Summer Ceviche instructions
- Prepare all food as specified. In a bowl add Shrimp, cooked crab and Lime. Allow to cook for 30 minutes. Add all other incrediants and mix well. Use Hot Sauce to taste and tosada shells to eat with like a spoon. And don't forget the Corona!!!.
