Ingredients of BREAD RECIPE
- Take 4 1/2 cups of all purpose flour.
- You need 1/2 cup of warn water/milk.
- You need 1 tablespoon of yeast.
- You need 70 ml of vegetable oil or margarine.
- Prepare 8 tablespoons of sugar (divided).
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt.
- It’s 1 of egg.

BREAD RECIPE step by step
- Mix yeast, water and 2 tablespoon of sugar, cover for 5 minutes until it rises..
- Sieve your dry ingredients then add the cooking oil and mix thoroughly with your hand until you get a crumb like mixture..
- Add the egg to the yeast mixture, then combine the dry with the wet ingredients.
- Knead your dough thoroughly for about 10 minutes. Until you get a warm stretchy like dough. Cover it and let it sit in a warm place for 1 hour or until it rises..
- At this step, pre-heat your oven to 200 degree. And grease your bread pans..
- Make your preferred bread shapes..
- I always play with all shapes and designs..
- Let the dough rise again for about 20-30 mins, or until they double in size..
- To make your bread glossy and shinny, I like to brush the dough with egg wash right before I bake. To make egg wash, add water or milk to an egg and whisk it. (this step is optional).
- Bake your goodies for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees..
- Tadaaa.
