Ingredients of Paneer Chilli
- It’s of Prepare Paneer.
- Take 250 grams of paneer chopped in cubicles.
- It’s 4-5 tablespoons of plain flour.
- Take 4-5 tablespoons of corn flour.
- Take of Salt as per taste.
- Take of Pepper as per taste.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli sauce.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Vinegar.
- Take of Few tablespoons of Water.
- Take of Sessame Oil for frying and sauteing.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli paste.
- Prepare 2-3 teaspoon of Garlic paste.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.
- It’s 3 tablespoons of onions chopped.
- Take 3 tablespoons of capsicum cubed.
- Make ready 2 tablespoons of cabbage shreds.
- Make ready 1/2 cube of maggi veg nugget.
- It’s 2 tablespoon of brown onion paste.
- You need 2 teaspoon of Soya sauce.
- Take of Chilli sauce as per taste.
- It’s 2 teaspoon of Tomato ketchup.
- It’s of Salt as per taste.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
- Make ready 2 teaspoon of plain flour.
- It’s of Few spoons of Chopped green onions for garnish.

Paneer Chilli step by step
- Chop all veggies and paneer and keep ready..
- Crush 1/2 nugget of maggi masala and mix in some water and keep it ready too. Fry one sliced onion and blend it into a paste by adding some water..
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the first section except paneer. Add water only as required. Make a thick batter..
- Coat paneer pieces well into the batter and deep fry into the medium hot oil. I have also prepared some mushroom chilli with same batter..
- You may also add red food colour to make them look like street style paneer chilli. I like to avoid colour though..
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chilli, garlic, ginger paste and onion..
- Add capsicum, cabbage and saute well.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, brown onion paste, maggi masala, salt and pepper and mix..
- Prepare a slurry by mixing plain flour in few teaspoons of water and add to the above mixture. Cook for few minutes..
- Add the fried paneer to the liquid mixture and mix well to coat. Switch off flame. Cover pan with lid for few minutes..
- Sprinkle some green onions on top and mix. Use some for garnishing..
- Use very good quality paneer for soft Paneer chilli. Other they tend to become rubbery and chewy..
