1. Add chopped onion in the fry pan which has been pre heated with refined oil then when the onions turn red add capsicum then on top of it add Maggi masala and soya sauce and maggi ketchup. Now add panner pieces and mix with light hands..
2. Why preparing panner batter take 100 gm maida and add water to make a light consistency. now add 2 pinch of salt and keep it to rest..
3. After 10 min in a tawa put 2 drops of oil and place the maida water into a round shape….. do not turn the maida roti to the other side only bake on one side..
4. Now on the side of the roti which is not cooked add the panner stuffing and wrap it now. And keep it aside after 5 min deep fry it and your panner rolls are ready to serve which green chutney and red sauce..
