Ingredients of AMIES SQUASH with SPINACH
- It’s 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
- Take 2 clove of garlic.
- You need 1 medium of onion.
- Prepare 1/4 kg of pork meat, in slices.
- Take 1/2 kg of kalabasa (squash), sliced in cubes.
- It’s 1/2 kg of fresh spinach.
- It’s 2 of glasses of coconut milk (you can use just a glass of water).
- You need 1 of salt or fish sauce and pepper to taste.
