Ingredients of Beefy Chili
- Take 2 lb of lean ground beef.

- Make ready 2 (14.5 oz) of cans diced fire roasted tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 (6 oz) of can tomato paste.
- Make ready 2 tsp of need better than bouillon.
- Take 1 (12 oz) of bottle of dark beer or ipa.
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp of chili powder.
- Prepare 11/2 tbsp of smoked paprika.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of cumin.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 4-6 cloves of garlic minced.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- You need of Garnishes.

Beefy Chili step by step
- Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a 4.5qt or larger Dutch Oven over med heat. Add onions and peppers and cook for about 2 minutes..
- Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon. cook until no longer pink. drain grease if you did not use a lean beef. add minced garlic and stir for 1 min more..
- Add all your spices and tomato paste. stir to incorporate and cook for about 2 minutes. add better than bouillon and stir until dissolved..
- Add bottle of beer and sommer for 2 minutes..
- Add both cans of diced tomatoes..
- Simmer covered for 1 hour on low heat..
- Serve and top with favorite garnishes..
