  7. Take 1 (12 oz) of bottle of dark beer or ipa.
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp of chili powder.
  9. Prepare 11/2 tbsp of smoked paprika.
  10. You need 1 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
  11. Make ready 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  12. Make ready 1 tsp of cumin.
  13. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  14. Make ready 1 tsp of salt.
  15. It’s 4-6 cloves of garlic minced.
  16. You need 2 tbsp of oil.

Beefy Chili step by step

  1. Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a 4.5qt or larger Dutch Oven over med heat. Add onions and peppers and cook for about 2 minutes..
  2. Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon. cook until no longer pink. drain grease if you did not use a lean beef. add minced garlic and stir for 1 min more..
  3. Add all your spices and tomato paste. stir to incorporate and cook for about 2 minutes. add better than bouillon and stir until dissolved..
  4. Add bottle of beer and sommer for 2 minutes..
  5. Add both cans of diced tomatoes..
  6. Simmer covered for 1 hour on low heat..
  7. Serve and top with favorite garnishes..
